It is traditionally used for symptoms of red flushed face, night sweating, tinnitus, nocturnal emissions, dizziness, dry mouth, dry skin, hot sensations in the palms and soles, teeth aches, recurrent mouth ulcers, diabetes symptoms, menopausal syndromes.

  • Ze Xie (Alisma Plantago Aquatica Root

  • Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root and Rhizome)

  • Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit)

  • Shan Yao (Dioscorea Oppositifolia Root)

  • Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)

  • Mu Dan Pi (Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Bark)

  • Huang Bai (Phellodendron Amurense Rhizome Bark)

  • Shu Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)

  • Fu Ling (Wolfiporia Cocos Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
